Emm Aar International School Celebrated Republic Day with Patriotic Fervor


Punjab, 24 Jan 2025 (The Hind Canadian Times) : In a vibrant display of national pride, Emm Aar International School, Adampur, celebrated Republic Day with patriotic fervor and reverence. The grand occasion was graced by Director Principal Dr. Ashish Tandon and HFO Sardha Singh Ji.

The celebrations commenced with a special tribute to the nation, where students and teachers stood in unison to honor the ideals of the Republic. The spirit of the day was captured through a solemn moment of reflection on the significance of Republic Day, as the entire school joined together in reverence for the Constitution and the country’s progress.

The venue itself served as a vibrant testament to patriotism, adorned with beautiful decorations handcrafted by the talented Art and Craft teacher, Mrs. Deepika Singh. Her creativity transformed the space into a visual symphony of national colors and symbols, further amplifying the celebratory spirit. Tiny tots and teachers added to the patriotic atmosphere, with everyone dressed in tricolour attire, reflecting the unity and pride that Republic Day brings.

As the program unfolded, the stage was managed by Stage Secretaries Arren Massy and Manpreet Kaur (Class XI B), who kept the audience engaged with their confident commentary and smooth transitions. The first highlight of the day was a speech by Ramanpreet Kaur (Class VIII), which inspired the audience with her articulate words reflecting the true spirit of Republic Day. This was followed by a Group Song that filled the atmosphere with harmony and patriotism.

A powerful Act on Fundamental Rights was presented by students of Class IX, prepared by Mrs. Kamaljeet Kaur, which brought to life the importance of fundamental rights and duties, making the audience reflect on their role as responsible citizens. The celebrations also included an exciting G.K. Quiz, which added an element of fun while testing students’ knowledge about the nation and its history. Adding a touch of innocence and promise, young voices from Creators Plus and Grade 1 recited rhymes that brought smiles to everyone’s face and further conveyed the spirit of unity.

The celebration concluded with a speech by Director Principal Dr. Ashish Tandon, who encouraged students to embody the ideals of the Constitution and remain committed to building a prosperous and harmonious nation. The event would not have been possible without the dedication and support of our wonderful teachers: Manik House Master Mrs. Rupinder Kaur, Mrs. Manjot, Mrs. Shivprabha, Mrs. Sumiti, and Music Teacher Mr. Raman Kumar, whose contributions were instrumental in making the celebration a grand success.
